Hello, welcome back to my blog today. Today I'm going to talk about Waitangi day task I did. For this week we had to make a D.L.O (digital learning object) We had to read these stories on a slide about Waitangi day. While I was reading then I learnt a lot about Waitangi day. We had to do tasks which was pretty fun. For my D.L.O I made mine on google drawings here is mine.
What's something you have learnt about Waitangi day?

How to wash your hands well๐
Kia Ora.
This week in my writing goal was "understand the purpose for writing and how to achieve those purposes. For our task we had to write instructions on how to wash our hands and here is my work I did.
My goal is to know how to wash my hands properly
Materials: water,soap,towel,tap
Method:
- Turn the tap on and Rinse your hands in water.Pump 2 squirts of soap on your hands and make sure your hands are rubbed together.
- Now rub the back of your hands, go in between your fingers and make sure you clean inside your nails.
- Rinse the soap all off then turn the tap off.
- The important thing is to rub your hands together because the friction actually removes some oils, the viruses and the bacteria.
- The final step is to make sure that you dry your hands with a clean towel.

My poem ๐
Hello welcome back to my blog post.
Last week in my writing workshop we had to make a poem. We were given a different style of poems like limerick, haiku, using comparisons in poetry or cinquain and I chose to do a haiku, haiku is a traditional form of Japanese poetry it is also a consist of 3 lines. The first and last lines of a haiku have 5 syllables and the middle line has 7 syllables. I did a haiku about me feel free to see what I wrote.

Pool day⛲
Hello welcome to my blog post.
Today I will be sharing with you my fun day out. On the 29th on Friday the year 5 to 8 had a fun day out to go to Walthem pool, to go out for pool day we had to make sure we were catching up on our work and completing blog post and more. And we to prove to the teachers that we did a high quality learning to go out to the pool day. To get to Wathlem pool we caught the bus, it was a really fun day and it was even better because we got to go on the hydro slide. It was a out door pool so it was a bit cold but other than that is was really fun. We all got to hang around with out friends and have fun. The other best part at the pools was the inflatables because you could jump on it and it was a challenge because you had to try and stay on it but everyone was to excited they were all over it. It was a really fun day!
Have you ever had a pool day?
