Winter sports 🏀⚽🏈

Hi welcome to my blog post :)

For Winter sports we played on a Thursday. I played netball and in my team was myself Felicity, Phoebe, Casey, Luca, Olivia, Hannah, Roza, Samantha and Annabel and we are in the A team. We have a good team and we have won all of our games except for 2!. When we had buys or defaulted games I sometimes got to ref for the other netball teams which was fun. It was sad netball had finish but I enjoyed playing down at the courts.

Hi and welcome to my blog post this week !

Last couple of weeks we got a book we wanted to read about and we got in groups that was reading the same book as us. And I was reading Jonty and Choc written by Vince Ford. We had to read half of the book and we got given some questions on a google slide that we had to answer.

Hello :)

This week for writing workshop we got a doc and started brain storming ideas about the future. Examples robots, climate change, designer babies and more ! We then after brain storming a plot we had to write the story of what we chose to brain storm about the future.

Hi welcome to my blog post.

Every Tuesdays in our home base we go to different teachers in our hub and we do different experiments. There was a heart rate one and we had to find and our heart rate and then run on the spot really fast and then sit back down and counted how many beats were pumping while the teacher put the stop watch on for 10 seconds. We then got back up again and ran fast and did star jumps and then sat back down and counted how many more pumps our heart was racing. There was a next one we also did 'How Popcorn works and if melting ice will affect the sea level". We filled up cups to half way and put ice in it and saw it melting. There was 2 more left but I was sadly away.

Reading task 📙

Hello,

This reading task my goal was "can visualise using all of the senses, and talk about how this enriches meaning", for reading. We watched a video of a man talking about how we can understand a story better by visualising. So then after we watched that video we had a task we had to do. We had to read  a story called 'The lion,the witch and the wardrobe". We then had to create a google drawing and pick a sentence off the the lion the witch of the wardrobe story and then get a picture from the internet and match that sentence and had to do 3.
